I used to think this was a BS take, but I think the Willie experience proved that you are right.

Except we're not running a traditional drop back and. throw "pro style" offense.   There was movement from our QB.   This take is stale.  It is used every time our offense doesn't light it up and we lose games

You are a better man than I.  I was home in time to watch the start of the third quarter on tv.

I stayed for start of 2nd half hoping to see one of the other QBs. Gave up at end of 3rd. CJS was just screwing with me. Waited until I left and got the sign from John Lewis that I was gone and it was okay to change. I'm kidding about John but did see him briefly.

Just finished reading this thread.

My biggest concern is CJS continually giving McCloud more time than deserved. It's clear he doesn't have it. It's not as clear for the others. If he really is head and shoulders the best it's game over.

Other than that, it's clear the paucity of talent we have will not allow us to do anything well.

Lol at blaming McCloud instead of the O-line. It was actually impressive to see some of the plays he has able to make with that crap protection.

You can put Tom Brady back there and even he’s not gonna he able to do anything with that non-protection.

I feel I should show solidarity and camaraderie and suffer like the rest of you.

The Bucs o-line supposedly sucked too ... look a lot better since Brady rode into town.  Of course they have their breakdowns.   McCloud isn't the answer.  Blaming the o-line is a cop out

I'm not going to excuse anyone. Sure there are O-Line problems, but that's not the entirety of McCloud's issues. The entire team lacks talent, that's a know issue, but even within that McCloud doesn't have what it takes. He has a laundry list of issues that have already been litigated and don't need to be re-litigated.

I never read the whole in-game threads ..... and I think it's added 5 well needed years to my life.
