But the difference there is that they are doing it to get all of the conference games in. For example TCU vs SMU will not rescheduled. For this year the key is to get the conference games played in order to get a conference championship game played. The AAC is not going to move around a championship date so we can play FAU.

If they cant control things on their end, I don't want to play them. Not worth having a bunch of our players contract covid.

It is sad but I am kind of relieved, not sure what we have this year and it would be a bummer to lose to those two.  This season is a mess anyways so extra week to lick our wounds after tomorrow.

Makes sense and I'm all for being safe.  Just hoping to see more games either in person or on TV.  So I'll throw out that Middle Tennessee has an open date on October 31st.  Maybe a quick negotiation of a 2 for 1 or 1 and 1 with them?  I don't care where the first game is played.

I get that But at the same time it probably would not be bad to have a bye week before we take on Cincinnati and play our conference schedule.

Agree for September 26th, but I was talking about October 31st.

They will cancel the game.  USF will not be playing FAU.

It will probably be up to coach Scott. He will have to decide does he want the practice time or another game

Well that sucks. We need all the playtime we can get before conference opener. We should fill it with a team from another cancellation.
