We've only had 1 penalty right? Not sure with the TV debacle.  If anything that could be the biggest improvement I've seen so far.

We had a game a few years back that started with the Bulls kickoff team ripping the ball out of the kick returner's hands and running it back for a TD. That was pretty special.
