Keeper picks will cost you a pick one round higher than your player was drafted in 2019 FFL draft.

I have never used the Yahoo keeper functionality, so you may see something different, we'll have to work through. 

Keeper deadline is August 26.  You must also be paid before August 26 or keepers will be flushed and new owner found.

It says Keepers will cost you one round higher than they were picked.  So what does a keeper taken in the first round cost you?   Just a 1st round pick?

Also, do we have to keep 5 or is it up to 5?

Yes a first rounder costs you a first rounder. 
 

Can keep up to 5. Can keep less.

You can go to last seasons page and pull up draft results
