I’d love it to continue but doubtful the waxing part will. NY coming off 7 game series ending Saturday, one day less time to acclimate to travel. The Lightning did what they should have done. Expect a lot better effort out of the Islanders tomorrow.
One stunning stat from game was that every shot attempt by the Bolts, except the very last one, was on goal. That’s pretty incredible and doubtful to happen again ...... but would be nice if it did.

Lightning came out and attacked the net like a warm of bees.  Islanders look like they hadn't woke up yet.

The Bolts are so on top of their game right now.  The Lightning speed and skill really seemed to stun the Isles.

I agree, expect much tougher grind it out games going forward.  That said, the Bolts are a more experienced and better overall team I believe. ....could this finally be the year?

Massacre,  I expect NYI to come out strong next game. I hope I am wrong. I love the analyst gave NYI the edge in goaltending. Lightning in 5.

I think we have more quantity and quality. The depth of this TBL is insane. It is the deepest team since the 01-02 Redwings.

My bad, wasn't specific. My response was to goaltending only. They've got 2 starters to our 1 starter ... Overall, our depth is definitely insane.
