Herman might see us as a real question mark??? With above non conf scenario and Tx Natl ranking he prob would go with a given/win at UTEP and not have to venture out of Texas. Virus wise?? He may want to stick close to home instead of going to FL where virus might attch itself to his players?  The guessing game

Our beach destination area was C-19 low until the spring breakers/vacationers came in by the droves. It was like they opened the lock down flood gates north of here along with the resident masses and they partied their brains out. Every where you went packed. We watched from afar and were amazed and I don't get amazed to easy when it comes to humanity. Now the V count( and deaths) are high here especially for the size/population/age of the area compared to S.FL and WGC FL

UTEP is absolute garbage, they make us look ok.  This is a no brainer, they take the easier win and the lower payout.

If the BIG 12 goes to a 9+1 schedule, look for Texas Tech to move their game at UTEP to Texas Tech, as their other OOC games have already been cancelled. That would then leave Texas with USF as their only other viable OOC game. Texas would likely reschedule the UTEP game for another season. Just my guess.
