Its hard not to like the guy ALOT after hearing him in this type of setting (and not press conferences where we coach-speak) and really hope he can bust through with the group of players he has assembled.

Well he is actually genuinely engaging in conversation, my wife probably enjoys talking to him more than I do and she typically hates everyone in our athletic department more than I do (mostly because she hates being wherever we are).
