Their prediction is literally based on our offense being as pathetic and clueless as it was last year.   I don't see that.   We may not be title contenders, but I don't see us 11th either

It would not surprise me if we finished 11th.  The talent on this team is really bad, especially the OL.

Considering we lost an entire spring in which a new offense was to be implemented, I’d say it sounds right.

Technically EVERY other team lost an entire spring as well. Its really comes down to which team has the most players that worked the hard through the quarantine to stay/get in shape and learn the playbook on their own and over zoom meetings.

How many other teams have new coaches? Of those teams, how many in conference have as depleted a roster as ours? Spring was more important to us than most due to thecoaching change.

Depleted? I feel there are "new opportunities" for better players or the same players to step up and do better. Plus I like our transfers. Also its about which coaching staff was able to adjust coaching "online" the best. Im not sure how old you are. But growing up there was a NBA player named Shawn Kemp who was arguably the best "athlete" in the NBA or top 3. There was an NBA lockout and when it ended, he came back fat and with a beer gut. Ive seem how time off can hurt undisciplined athletes.
