AFL is dead, like you said XFL is dead and not coming back and he is not good enough for the CFL.  This talent to react and deliver the ball timely is like bat speed or quickness , you can improve it some but you either have it or you don’t, write him off at least for a career in playing football.  Kurt always had it but just needed the right opportunity,

There is a very good chance that he is the starting QB for USF this fall.

If he somehow became the starter I am not even going to follow the season...he is an overrated, injury prone player that needs an NFL line for protection...but has a hot wife.

He is not out of eligibility and was granted an additional year. He did not sign with an agent so he is in a position to see which is the best scenario for him. There have been a lot of conversations between him and the new coaching staff and administration
