Anyone who thinks Greg Fry should be fired is a complete idiot.

Back to the original post. Lee is a very good player and wether he makes at QB at USF or another position it would be an improvement. The guy is a winner.

I agree bring in as many QB prospects as you can, and weed them out later. If they don't workout at QB, let them try another position if they want to. I never seen this kid play, but it sounds like he's a winner.  Don't put all the blame on the coaches, because when the kids are wiining everything is fine. You take the good with the bad, and right now its the bad.

reading this thread is very discouraging

I think it is a shame if some of you consider yourselves such big fans of this team. You talk about the coaches and players as if they are dirtbags or something. That is ridiculous. I'm ashamed of many of you.

We get a guy to verbal and instead of giving the staff kudos for the recruiting effort, we resort to the SAME TIRED OLD BS about this and that. "oh this looks terrible and that is horrible" Yeah-- whatever. When was the last time you mentioned something was GOOD? Oh-- who cares about that, right? I mean, we expect the few good things-- no need to dwell on anything that went right. And don't give me that argument about the only way to improve is to expose the problems. That's a tired excuse to cover that you basically have nothing nice to say about your own team.

I've started threads before about "Please state what you like about the USF Football team" and found that most respondents took it as yet another opportunity to bring up negative crap. We need more negative people around here like we need more hurricanes.

Enjoy your winless October naysayers. To hell with the whole lot of you.

coaches usually recruit kids to play in a system already in place not visa versa

we can't afford projects we need qbs that can play.we are a bcs school/we aren't really competing with that many schools anymore

we need to recruit players that can compete in bcs games
