(October 22, 2005) The Big East Conference announced this evening that the football game between West Virginia University and the University of South Florida that was scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 22 has been postponed due to concerns about Hurricane Wilma. The game was to be played at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla. at 7 p.m.

The league is investigating alternative dates. The new date of the game will be announced on Thursday, Oct. 20.

USF students, alumni and fans are encouraged to visit www.usf.edu for details on the status of various Homecoming events this week.

I hope that is the case....but you can't take a chance that it wont head north....

I know, it just sucks.  I remember when the Pitt game was rescheduled last year, it was actually a pretty nice day out (in Tampa anyway).  But obviously there is no way we could possibly know this ahead of time.

I wonder if 110mph winds might actually help Jul-missed's accuracy  ;)
