So it feels like someone else is doing it?

Took me a second to get this.  Bravo.

I guess I'm the outlier but I'm not seeing much here . I could totally be wrong this  is not my strong point . But I don't see him making others better and it looks like he played against the Washington generals in every game. On the up side he seems to have a healthy ego

Only watched the first couple of minutes. One of the things that I liked is that he can hit a mid-range jumper. Not all 3's and dunks.

Caleb Murphy played with a really good point guard (Deivon Smith) who was also a top 75 player nationally. I imagine Murphy will be asked to play some point guard here given that X will be the only point guard on the roster next year. We shall see how that goes but I have a feeling he is much better suited to play off the ball. I expect a learning curve, but the kid is a talent for sure.

Yep, you’re the outlier. He’s highly regarded everywhere.

This is how highlight videos are made.  Out here, gyms/facilities run tournaments that promise top teams will get to play teams from lower divisions and they, the tournament hosts, will provide dunking and dribbling highlights.  Most of the best video clips come after the first few minutes when the lower division team is demoralized.

Most college coaches today (both FB and BB) don’t use highlight videos in making a determination of a scholarship offer. They want to see the entire game films. Thus, I trust BG’s knowledge on this one.

No kidding.  But so many people and recruiting sites operate off of highlights only.

Which sometimes does little to justify the ranking.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
