Totally disagree with this position. By leaving he has narrowed his options. Just because you expect more does not mean you retreat. Quitter might be a tough word but bad teammate is not.

Do we know for a fact he limited his options?  I don't actually know.  Do we actually know what he wants to do with his life and what his personal priorities are?  Could there be other things going on that we don't know about?

This feels especially true when you have a Trestman-like person holding your "team" potential back.  I wish I had bounced on life's Trestmans much faster in my career.  When life hands you Trestmans, make lemonade?  I don't know, it's a gut instinct thing.

get that Trestman has a ton of experience.  But he seems to be suffering the CCS syndrome. The game may have past him by.

I'm actually into this league.  I'm surprised lol.  A lot of the chatter is clowning this guy out.  He seems like a moron.  I hope he can turn it around for the sake of TB sports fans.  I like a good secondary pipeline for FB talent that gets overlooked. There are some great players emerging in the league.

I'm sure other XFL teams would be interested in using Flowers more effectively than this team. Jerking him around the way they did was sloppy. Anyone who has played QB before knows it's impossible to get into a rhythm when you're being substituted as if you're a 3rd string half back.

My remark was based on the comment by the poster who was alluding that this move was good for his career. I’ve said multiple times there could be more to the story. But in terms of his football career, this was a pretty stupid move. I will also say that many on this board believe Q can never do anything wrong and that is naïve.

Well.....   I have no reason now to watch the Vipers, or the XFL for that manner, now.  My only thread was QF.

I'm with you.  I watched all games week one then just Vipers the past 2 weeks. With no chance of watching QF I won't bother any longer.

The only thing bringing me back would be if BJD was starting...

Got it on the big screen...  hoping to re-establish some interest.

And there he is standing there next to coach, #7, wo/helmet.
