He will be a decent defensive analyst and possible DC or defensive coach. He seems to have lost his passion being the guy calling all the shots. Maybe he can still be a great DC. Can you imagine his press conferences opposite of Saban's?

The Bama fans seem to be happy about this move and even calling or him to be the DC next year. I'm happy for the man and wish him much success.

Getting paid to watch film. It is really a scouting of the next team on the schedule type of position.
