Born in Jackson Heights. Attended Jackson Heights Elementary, Franklin Jr. and Memorial Jr high schools. Moved to Thonotosassa in '68 and went to King High.

Not as much. We have the Redner's with the Mon's and Cigar City Brewing and Jeff Vinik who now owns half of downtown Tampa and the Lightning.

Joey sold CCB a couple years ago. I believe he’s still running the day to day, but he cashed out for $50 million or so.

Correct. But, if I remember, he turned down more money from InBev and sold to a New York company that was buying independent breweries to keep them as local as possible.
