Locked in an AirBnB a couple of blocks south of the river. It's close enough to downtown for a cheap Uber or scooter ride. The hotels are crazy expensive. Nearly $300/night to stay at the Marriott Courtyard Austin 👎 Flights are hovering around $260 RT from TPA > AUS. See you guys there.

Any other items for Austin?  I see a lot of San Antonio stuff but most fans I would think will hang in Austin for the entire weekend.  Bars, restaurants, spots to hit around town, etc.  Thanks

Go Bulls!

Just curious... Chances of a reliable cure or vaccine before 9.1.2020 appear to be somewhere between slim and none. IF they decided to play the games, would you still go?

I would go, I love CFB and tailgating and won’t live my life locked in my house scared to go out.  It is only a 3 hr drive for me so that helps.  I guess I will quote that dipshit college student from Ohio. “ If I get corona I get corona but it is not going to stop me from partying” 😀

I’d probably still go; I’m planning on attending our soccer teams games out here and filling my season seats (although they are in a roped off part of the stadium). I’d probably avoid the tailgate but attend the game. Probably a moot point. Feels like we are headed for an abbreviated conference only season if any at this point, but we still have 3 months to continue to flatten the curve and get into a regression until training camp so anything can happen.

I don't think we have any football this year.

For the record I don’t either however BDYZR said IF, so I played along. We will probably have an abbreviated season in the spring if anything at all.

THE TEXAS GAME will not be played

most would not expose their loved ones to this virus for a football game
