How many reverses have we run today and have any of them made yards?

(followed by sack!! Super. Now we are barely in FG range. Yep missed it. 10:44 left and no chance. Great game Bulls.)

That's 5 reverses for maybe 2 total yards.  Brilliant!

Guess they spent the off week recruiting.  They sure didn't do an effective job of game planning.

You can only go to the well so often. There has to be other plays in the playbook that can gain us some yards.

Couldn't agree more.  You'd be lucky to see most teams run 5 reverses/end arounds in a season.  It's pretty sad that we feel that trickery/gimmickery has become a staple of our offense.  Reminds me of the days of Sam Wyche with the Bucs.

That's Rod Smith for you.  The thing that makes me angry about that is that we did not pay enough money to go out and hire a better OC.  Are we that cheap???

we could have gotten a better oc for the same money

leavitt's ego wouldn't alllow him to put a real coach in a position of power

Rod's Smiths play book is about 2 pages long.  Run Andre, QB Draw, Reverse, Fade to Peyton in the endzone.

Yeah that about sums it up...

Any of you foolish enough to still believe that Smith has been holding back some of the "good" plays?
