In over half of Marvin Lewis' 16 years as the Bungle head coach, the Bungles were at .500 or below.  He never won a playoff game (0-7).  He had 1 winning season in his first 7 years at HC yet he retained his job.   I think he had a fair shake.

I agree that there should be more minorities as both Head Coaches and Coordinators.  Although Tampa Bay Bucs have never been an issue in this area.  

The Rooney rule is not working.  Minorities get a token interview, but rarely ever get hired.

Now, Marvin Lewis imo doesn't have alot to complain about personally.  He was given way too long in Cincy and was never able to get it done there.  So that is on him.
