They may love it but I don’t think there is any scientific evidence that it makes them play better. It’s nothing more than eye candy. Spend the money on the IPF.

i think it motivates some and has no negative effects on others

it is a reward for the entire world to see

it is positive

further it is great for the non skilled players( i hate this term) that do the little things and get recognized for them
