I was a proponent of the CJL route but this is an impressive staff . Better than I thought we would be able to attract /afford . I can't imagine recruits not wanting to be a part of this, there's clearly something going on here.

Gamble to go so young? Like that CJS's dad is going to be advising. I think we could be ahead of the curve here with this youth.

the wonderful thing about this is that we will see how this all plays out in the next couple of years
