Here's a short video of  some highlights.

Shows inside game, passing/vision, outside shooting.

Got a bit worried early on in that video. Looked like everything was 10 feet in.  But then showed some highlights of outside shots as it went along.

That was a great time and well balanced.

Those teams were very consistent. They had an identity. Everyone had a role and they played it well every time out.

Dobras was the point guard 2 guard back in the day

Oh yeah, I guess he was guard now that you mention it. Tall drink of water for a guard.

I think the 89-90 season, we had 6-7 Dobras and 6-7 Hakeem Shahid at the 5.  One of the best teams we ever had.

Rivals reporter said Anderson can shoot and is a high IQ player. That instantly makes him an upgrade over Mayan Kiir.

Now just need Akec to transfer so the Bulls can upgrade the roster further.

When I hear his name I just don’t get the warm fuzzies like I do for Dobras, Fitzpatrick, and Gilchrist.

Even though those teams consistently underperformed I have a soft spot in my heart for him & them. That's the era that I got into USF basketball. Waldon, Altron Jackson, Reggie Kohn, ect.

That was my absolute favorite era of USF BB as well.  The Dome was packed and electric.  Good Times!
