Yikes!  In the category of cardiac arrest, the balance due on my on-line renewal invoice for my four football season tickets reads $18,686.35.  Apparently Coach Strong's buyout and Coach Scott's buy-in have been allocated among the season ticketholders.

Would have to think that there is a Bulls Club Annual Fund gift and 110% (optional) on the invoice.

Yes, I figured out what it was doing in the breakdown but, still, seeing the front page unpaid invoice balance was still quite a shocker.  I would suggest that should be handled differently.
