So you want the next coach to keep the exact same coordinators that just got the head coach that gave them full control fired?

I dont think CCS should have got fired. Like i said i think KB just needed one more year. And at minimum at least keep BJM. The defense did their part this year. KB could be like how Kinan was to Taggart.

I’d call TJ Weist for OC.

I think he's currently special teams coach for the Ravens who are on a Super Bowl run....doubt he'd be interested.

Taggart - Coach,

Kerwin Bell OC,

Shaun King WR coach

Kade Bell TE, Special Teams

Pimpelton - Running back

Defense - Bring back Brian Jean-Marie

I'm good with our defensive coaches. I feel they are building  a good defense.

BJM is tied to Strong, he’s not staying with Willie.

we were the 76th ranked scoring defense that gave up more than 30 ppg. this is in year 3 of a supposed defensive minded coach who had to plug holes with graduate transfers. no thanks.

Like our former coach used to love to say "we are in need of a good washing."

I don't think BJM can afford to not work, but at the very least I see the assistants staying on through recruiting season.

Defense was ranked in the 100a last year. This year we were in 50th place for TOTAL defense for most of the year. And that was with a putrid offense. 3 or our losses were by 20 or less points. So they did their part this year and were getting better. The defense was trending up to me. Why break apart the only part of the team that was actually improving?

Um, you know that BJM is the current INTERIM coach while we wait on a new coach right? He hasn't been fired yet. Plus I think CCS is set to retire or become an analyst somewhere. I dont see him becoming a Head Coach again. This season he looked emotionally worn out.

Cincinatti - 20-17

GT - 14-10

Temple - 17-7

So yes, our Defense held these teams to 20 or less points. All we needed was 15-21 points scored by our offense and we would have won and made a bowl game.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
