Here’s a question, what would CWT’s staff look like? I imagine he would keep Shaun King if he hasn’t burned that bridge, but who else does he get? There’s a real chance that he has burned some bridges along the way, and people might not want to go join his staff in Tampa after all that went down the last few years.

That and he is a good recruiter is the best things about Willie. If he brought in a good DC and OC with him id be ok with him.

I do think he should have been given more time at FSU atleast a third year.

what bridges did he burn?

Hire a position coach at a top level P5 offense to be OC and a position coach from a top level P5 defense to be DC.

Bring Calvin Magee home to be OC

I'm sure he hates to have Taggart in there. He really wants Bell at HC, Strong as DC and Charlie weis (another Gator washout) as OC
