I really don't get the logic when people try to use this point.  You're penalizing the coach for recruiting well and then utilizing the players he recruited?

Yeah, the same Taggart who was the only coach to offer Q as a QB and I'm pretty sure it was Taggart's offense who allowed Mack to thrive and get him noticed by the NFL.

I know the argument he left for his dream job but the bottom line was he took the Oregon job And made a commitment to them and even convinced several quality recruits to travel to the north west with him. God bless him he made a lot of money however you have to wonder if he’s changed. I think what happened to him at FSU was Karma 

also I’m not so sure that he’s proven to be a great head coach.

If you think other names will be more loyal than Taggart you are wrong.

I’m with you, he was my top choice before strong and nothing has changed. We need offense and he brings it. I also like Graham Harrell but he isn’t getting a lot of traction, he did a great job with USC’s QB room though.

Only way I want Taggart back is if brings QF, MM and RA with him.  They should make him fork over a couple of mill to the IPF as part of the contract.  He’s got a extra few laying around.
