So you guys think we turned the corner?

Not really. I don't think we can count on anybody besides Q and Collins to provide offense on a regular basis. I think the shooting will remain inconsistent and we caught Furman on a bad shooting night. It also helped that they were a much smaller team and we did well on the offensive boards. Offensive rebounds and second chance points are, in my opinion is what we are missing the most this year.

Not sure about the corner yet. Hope so though. Durr really needs to sharpen up his offensive game. He's definitely improving his rebounding. If Justin Brown is on (and Q/Collins do their thing), we will win most of the time. Castañeda also could become the X factor we need when Brown is shooting cold.

We all know that sports is great because the outcome is not pre-determined. Based on that adage, this team will be great to watch almost every game. 😉🤘

I think between Brown and Castaneda we will have another source for points.

Sure, maybe every other game.

Imagine if they are both on fire in the same game. 😲

We saw that “a little” in the first half last game. But good lord “all of our greatest wishes would come true.”

Im curious to why?  Not saying I disagree.  But your opinion means more than mine.  You are closer to the program.

Do u think we will improve as season moves along?

One game doesn't turn a corner, IMO. We can talk after the USU and FSU games. Those games should be key in seeing how far the team has progressed after having to make the significant changes with the loss of the two players ...  and I think we have improved but not enough to say a corner was turned.
