I don't think we need to recruit rapists and murderers in order to do so but his priority shouldn't be to "mold young men"

Wrong, I definitely thought about the ramifications.  Keeping Strong and signing another class to be used in a terrible system that doesn’t develop players, sits players, dismisses players, and loses
