Tailor your schemes to fit the talent on-hand. Don’t shrug your shoulders and tell me you need to recruit guys to fit your system. Because most of the time, your system sucks.

Someone who is excited to be here and it shows; by the way he engages the community

Can develop players

Well said. Coaches need to be able to make adjustments and stop trying to put a square peg in a round hole.

I would love a coach that is actually excited about USF football.  To me this is the #1 reason why we've fallen so far over the past few years.

We need someone to infuse some positivity into this program, even if it's a little over-ambitious.
