It would be if the coaches would respond no sir we have failed you by not putting you in a position to be successful and we are going to make sure that never happens again. Unfortunately it will be the continuation of blame and deflection as they will respond with see we told you it’s not our fault.

The OL should apologize to him.  They were offensive all year.

That would take an uncommon humility from a person who knows that their stay is tenuous at best.  But, I agree.

It would make me feel better about the whole situation to able to think the coaching staff is capable of introspection and perhaps change. The idea that you are doing everything great and it’s the rest the world that is holding you down doesn’t really give me a lot of faith that things can improve. Every single interview is about how they are being held from their rightful place at success by an unjust world, good luck on getting different results with that idea.

You should send coach a brochure for Puc corp’s seminar on “learning how to be introspective”.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
