Well.. What about some former USF players who were coached by Leavitt or Burnham. Or someone who still lives in Tampa like Derrick Brooks?

would that be the Derrick Brooks that is a Florida State alumni????😂

Just let Grothe and Flowers run the offense. I trust them to find what works more than these coaches with all their systems. A freaking high school coach created the gulf coast offense because he knew what FL high schools executed well and were built for.

These ex USF players with no coaching experience are a terrible idea to hire. Sure put them on the sideline and let them cheer but that’s it. Blackwell and Scott have at least been in the business.

How much worse would this season have been with former players running the team?  And, after this year,  they would all have coaching experience.

Q was a great player but I don’t think he could coach his own self on the field.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
