Step 1: Slow the offense down some more. We all know that a slower offense leads to a better defense and conference championships. Clearly we aren't a slow enough offense yet.

Step 2: Another good washing. Clear more of the bad apples and locker room cancers out of the program and we will get better. It's addition by subtraction coaching 101!

Step 3: The sacrifice of Gilbert wasn't enough. Though Gilbert was replaced by a great OC, we still have weaknesses in other areas. Fire Justin Burke and get a real special teams coordinator. One who can get Horne back to kick return touchdowns.

Step 4: Get an entire offense from the portal.

Step 5: Dont' stop at making our football players good men, make them best men!
