Grab Deion Sanders. Go the Memphis MBB route and hope it pays off in recruiting and make sure he snags a few up and coming Xs and Os guys.

Deion is happy in DFW and has his own business ventures here, only difference is Penny went to Memphis and Deion played but never went to class at FSU. I like the idea of getting some hotshot to get a Mack, flowers, MVS, Rodney etc and win again with sheer talent though.

Just had a unique thought about the Charlie Strong buyout. Next year we owe him $2.6 million and $2.7 million for 2021.

The two year KB contract signals that the athletic department is probably willing to fork out that last year. We paid out a similar amount to get rid of CSH.

If we can’t afford to fire CCS at season’s end......just wait till the Texas game on 9/5/20, after the probable loss hand CCS the $1.9 million check from the game, Fire him and leave him in Austin. We could probably handle coming up with $700k to offset the difference.

It would be a nice circular ending to the CCS era.

The likelihood of hiring a new staff before the season ends is slim
