Yeah when you have the keys to the Texas Kingdom and you still suck, there's something wrong with your product, or how you're selling it, or both.  He should have come with a "buyer beware" sticker.

Didn't Collin write that big changes are coming? Where are those big changes?

Do people still actually listen to/read his stuff?

I have no evidence, but it looks like Charlie has already been assured another season here. That's the only explanation I can think of for their refusal to sit McCloud, no matter how stagnant the passing game is. I think they might have written this off as a lost season 2 or 3 weeks ago, and are gambling on McCloud to develop and become a star next year. There is zero urgency to win right now. You'd think they would bring in Evans or Rygol to provide a spark, but they are playing for next year it seems. Charlie and staff are willing to thrust the fan base now in hopes that it will pay off in the future. He's not coaching like a guy who's worried about losing his job.

Not blaming this loss on McCloud....the OL sucked without Jennings, but they probably should have tried to see if one of the other QBs could operate under the circumstances, because Jordan was clearly struggling...

CCS has this guy next year.  We will be ok. Hell Jordan Smith not bad either.

Hahaha, McCloud becoming a star next season. That's a good one.

Not saying I believe that he will, but Bell has to see something in him, or believes there's potential there. They won't sit him when he's struggling....and even have him out there while injured. Frustrating to watch.

I don’t see where  there is even a distant light at the tunnel looking into next year.

What underclassman on offense has proven to be on the verge being a player to build an offense around?

Maybe Mathis? You lose both running backs. Probably Ford. You lose 2/5 of a horrible OL.  You lose your “one of best TE’s in the country”

Joiner is your RB of the future? Which dynamic receiver do we have?

There are a few guys to build defense around.

Any way you look at it, this is a 3 to 5 year rebuild   This staff shows zero signs of capability.

This is assuming we'll have an OL that can hold their blocks for several seconds, which is required in Bell's offense. Not sure what is going on with the WRs, but it often seems that McCloud isn't finding anyone open when he does have time to throw. I want to believe in Bell and his offense...and they have improved some over the course of the season....but this isn't going to work if we can't throw the ball. Hopefully the guys you mentioned can function in this offense, and that they are given a chance by Bell.

As long as we have a new coach when the Bulls travel to BYU in 2021 I’m happy. Odds are that’s the next game I’m making anyway. I wasn’t exactly a fan of Chuck from the beginning, maybe my choice did better maybe he would have worse we’ll never know. This was the first game I was able to watch in almost a month, there wasn’t much else to do on a work night. I’m not sure how many more I have left in me to watch from my couch while Chuck is the coach, I truly respect those of you that make it to every home game.

When was the last time a Charlie Strong coached team beat a team with a winning record?

Did u even read the story? He's been "getting" P5 offers, but still committed. He knows he can take McClouds spot.
