Like I said, his best game so far .... that was the sadly part

He has 11 tds and 6 int so that's a plus.

I mean Flowers was below avg looking his freshman year....even when running the ball.

Evan's looks great running and just a freshmen...if they could develop him to be just an avg passer he be fun to watch.

Well, what would prompt a D1 upper tier (or mid tier)  QB to attend U of SF? It's a lot like fishing. Lots o'fish in the pond, but you see, that bait you're using...they just ain't bitin'. Yeah, I know it's circular...gotta win to attract talent but you gotta have talent to win. I just have this feeling that South Florida football is on track to parallel the success of our basketball team.

Sadly, I thought it was one of his better games from a passing standpoint.

I was surprised that his stats for Temple were as good as they were. 23-38 225 yards, no INTs. Felt like another 100 yard day as I was watching it.

Again he got a few big chunks with the underhand flip on the jet sweep. More likely a handoff but counts as a pass.

They might have counted his walk to locker room and back for halftime.

Q Flowers had more than a handful of those. Part of the game.

But Flowers run game made him great. No one is scared of McCloud running. He runs like Jameis.

Ya, Jameis couldn't even get away running with crab legs.
