But it wasn’t, and our defense played really well. That’s completely hypothetical but ECU also played a lot better against other teams than us. They should have beaten Cincinnati and they didn’t come anywhere near keeping it a close game with us.

I hope we do well. I've liked what we have seen from the run game lately, and Jah'Quez Evans has the potential to be a star. I hope we exceed expectations in these last 4 games. 

As disappointing as CCS's tenure has been here, I'd rather we start succeeding now than terminate him. Too much coaching turnover is a real issue, and moving to a new coaching staff just starts us back at square 1, with another new system for the guys to learn. I don't think he's going to be fired this year regardless because of that buyout, but I want to see what KB's offense can look like in year 2. Despite how bad things may have been recently, I can't imagine things could get much worse with another year of CCS and KB.

I think the team has shown they are capable of putting together a complete game.  My concern is the coaching staff capable of having the team prepared to come out of the tunnel to start the game off.  

I am not really sure the coaching staff has had the team ready from the opening kickoff  all the way through to the closing gun in any game  since they have been here.   I also do not recall any game of importance (maybe there was one during Strong's first season) that they were capable of calling a complete game or having a breakdown somewhere along the way on one of the units that cost a game.

I would like to see the staff and the team come out fired up.  We shall see.  I am hopeful, but I have no confidence that Strong and company are capable on a national stage.
