I would like to see USF or Bulls, or USF Bulls in the endzones, I would like for us to be equal to the Bucs as far as being tenants is concerned. , I don't think that the Galzers should make ANY money from non Buc events,

I couldn't agree with you more.  It's just that painted endzones and greedy Glazers still can't justify the expense of building.

We just need to bombard the Tampa Sports "Authority" and ask them to have some balls to get the Glazers to give USF (a non profit organization) it's parking and concession revenues.

See there's a problem with that, there's this little thing called a lease.

A lease can be amended if all parties agree.  Even if they don't, it still doesn't justify tens or more like hundred plus millions spent to build ANOTHER stadium.

RJS sits empty unless there's football.  No need for two big stadiums sitting empty.  You can feed a lot of people or whatever with that kind of money.
