couldn't agree more.

hire someone young, energetic, and ambitious that will work hard for the big payday.

not someone who failed at a higher level and thinks we are beneath them.

He will succeed at FSU. They have 4 losses. All to ranked teams. 3 of those losses were by 7 points or less and they led in the 4th quarter in all of them. Leavitt will get the defense fixed.

It's not like he is being blown out by smu and navy in year 3.

for some reason people on here have an issue with the guy. I don't blame him for leaving for a better job. I just hope the next guy does as well. That will mean we were successful and we got paid for him to move on. Better than the alternative.

I'm with you, but we did just hire a successful OC and some are even calling for his head in his first year with an banged-up freshman qb running the offense.  I'm all about getting rid of Strong, but I think Bell's system could work.  Is Bell a Kelly hire or will he go when Strong goes?

Not a fan of the system myself. it's just a hybrid pro-style system. very complicated system that relies on a dominant o-line.

I'm talking about a young OC from an established P5 program. They have coached against the best DCs and talent in the country.
