The tiebreaker rules can be found at http://bigeast.collegesports.com/sports/m-footbl/bige-m-footbl-body.html Short version: If USF is tied with ONLY Louisville, USF goes. Head-to-head is the #1 tiebreaker. If USF is tied with Louisville and one other team, the bid goes to (a) the team that swept the other two in the tie, or ( the highest-ranked team of the three. If USF is tied with Louisville and two other teams, they make a mini-conference out of the four teams. If one of them went 3-0 in the group, that team goes.
