Hi Guest,

In our efforts to raise funds for USF Football, the site is giving away a football season full of ad-free surfing at The Bulls Pen.

Would you consider buying a ticket or two to the raffle that will award this to you or a fellow member of the board?

Each ticket purchase goes directly to our effort to raise $10K in "fan money" for the program.  Below is the link:

GAME DAY at Navy

Riding a two-game win streak, USF will make its second ever trip to Navy and first under head coach Charlie Strong. Strong became the fastest USF coach to reach 20 wins (20-11) with the Bull’s victory over BYU last Saturday. This will be the Bulls’ first trip to Annapolis since a 29-17 loss in 2015. The USF offense has found its footing, averaging 409 yards and 37.5 points in the last two games on the strength of a running game that has produced 556 yards (278 ypg) and 6 TD in the last two outings. Navy brings the top rushing offense (327.2 ypg) and rushing defense (86.0 ypg) in the conference into Saturday. USF is 49-7 since 2013 when outrushing an opponent.

CRONK ROLLING: Senior running back Jordan Cronkrite has hit his stride in the last two games, posting two of the top four rushing performances of his career and a career-high 26 carries vs. BYU, while averaging 23 carries, 153 yards and 6.6 yards per carry in his last two outings, runnning for 148 at UConn and 158 vs. BYU.

SOPHOMORE LBs MAKING PLAYS: Sophomore linebackers Dwayne Boyles & Antonio Grier have emerged as major playmakers for the Bulls. Boyles has posted a TFL in five straight games, including a team-high 3.0 at UConn and 2.5 vs. BYU, to lead the team with 8.5 on the year. Fellow sophmore Antonio Grier has 4.5 TFL in the last two games and led USF with two sacks vs. BYU. He is now tied for the team lead with 3.0 sacks on the year.

NATIONAL DEFENSIVE LEADERS: The Bulls lead the nation in tackles for loss (10.3), rank No. 4 with 15 turnovers forced, No. 4 in fumbles recovered (9) and No. 18 in sacks (3.17). Sport Source Analytics ranks USF’s defense No. 3 nationally in “Defensive Mayhem”, posting a TFL, sack, INT or fumble on 16.8 percent of plays.

SPECIAL TEAMS: Punter Trent Schneider set a USF game record for the second time this season, posting a 52.8 ypp average vs. BYU and now stands 13th nationally in punting (45.7 ypp). Bentlee Sanders averaged 30.9 yards per return and logged 151 return yards vs. BYU and now stands 10th nationally averaging 29.2 yards per kickoff return.

Leaving Philly at 10 and will make the tailgate with my entire team in tow.

Spectacular weather!

This thing could end up like Wisconsin if we can’t stop the run.

Go Bulls!
