I mean sure individual instances can be a subordinates fault but if they keep happening and you cant fix the person or put a new person in then that is on you and a choice you are purposefully making.

Exactly. But very few times are isolated instances major talking points on this board, if it’s getting talked about the problem is on the coaches and they have full autonomy to make the best or worst situation here, sadly they just always seem to go with worst for 8 of the last 10 years.
