I did not know that BYU's mascot is named "Cosmo" the Cougar. 

He seems like the smallest mascot I have ever seen. He looks like the Michael J Fox "Teenwolf". My first reaction is "This cannot seriously be their mascot"

This is an interesting conversation.  

The word 'mascot' originates from the French term 'mascotte' which means lucky charm.  (wikipedia)

Looks like that could be Johnny Ford in that Cougar outfit

BYU beat the Canes in the late 80s or early 90s, and Miami was #1 at the time. I believe it was in Utah though. Can't remember them playing any Florida teams other than that.

They lost @ the Kanigits a few years back if I recall correctly ...
