Just that I would not typically make 30 year investments into something that will at best break even to renting and has zero ways to go liquid should football or the P6 model prove no longer viable. People typically build stadiums because they feel they have to not because they ever feel they want to. Someone will inevitably point out renting vs buying a home and ignore that the payoff for home ownership is when you get to sell the home and recoup some of your investment, the value of a stadium on the USF campus to anyone that is not trying to field a college football team at USF is somewhere close to zero dollars. Did I mention that professional teams that are worth Billions of dollars make sure not only to not buy stadiums but to also not even have them given to them and prefer to lease them? The reason is owning a stadium is a horrible investment and should only be considered by desperate people in what they feel is a desperate situation.
