I don’t really find this as a big issue, realize we stink and everyone is fair game however this is like complaining about dirty baseboards in your house when it is on fire.

The best part of this?

Got the email, assumed it was a glitch and replied with, "Best 3 out of 5".  Immediately get back an undeliverable message: email blocked.

OK, no problem, outgoing box only. But because I think I'm funny, I sent the same message to my account rep.

Just catching up on stuff.  I didn't receive the email for whatever reason.  But today is Sunday and I doubt there are humans in Marketing sending out emails today.  Think Brad nailed this one.
