Whoever wins the DII championship “football is football” and there is no way such a tried and true source for coaches could fail two years in a row.

Have you seen our O line?

He could take the Bulls to the World Series.

Ha.  A World Series for USF football is more probable than a ncaa playoff spot.

Yes, have you ever seen our oline be great?  Maybe just maybe screens, bubble screens, jet sweeps and creating space and quick developing plays would be a better way to deal with it than anything that has the word pro in it and is reliant on a strong line, large pocket and long developing plays countered with runs up the middle. KB has developed the perfect offensive to be ineffective here and get QBs killed, he could not have been a worse hire.

I agree with all that...but even with more spread we still need more from the O line

It would look more effective pretty much instantly. The team has been setup to fail just as it has every single stupid time we have hired someone that’s going to bring in the pro system, run it up the gut and make our oline a strength. The oline is never going to be a strength and we need to hire people that recognize that fact, have a system that minimizes the problem and recognizes that at best they may improve the oline but they will never have three step drop clean pockets with wide open passing lanes and guys blowing up the middle for 4yds and a cloud of smoke.

Sean Gleeson would be on my shortlist but the first place to try is Clemson which would be a long shot but worth the try

Don't know if Gleeson is ready yet, but I love the offense he ran at Princeton. Reminds me of the GCO. That should work here. I was actually hoping for him when Gilbert left.

Funny thing about the Oline is Atterbury and Norman, the 2 seniors, seemed to play much better in the Gulf Coast and have regressed horribly
