Flowers is special,  but his throwing motion is terrible.

So was Danny Wuerffel's and he had a cup of coffee in the NFL.  Will be interesting to see what happens with this.

Flowers probably kick better than Gay.

I really wish Q would give CFL or XFL a shot. NFL just isn't going to give him a real shot at QB the way he is now. Use CFL or XFL to develop throwing, while showing off run game, then work up from there.

Look at how much trouble Lamar Jackson gets regarding his passing game, and Q is no Lamar. His passing stats are comparable to Lamar's, while having lower rushing stats. He needs real game opportunities to display his run game elusiveness AT QB, while having the opportunity to develop his passing. He just is not going to get that shot bouncing around NFL practice squads, especially when teams try and fit him at RB. His elusiveness was so exceptional because he was at QB.

You look at the stats, and Q's honestly aren't all that different from Lamar's, but Lamar got the benefit of the doubt thanks to P5 and Heisman.

Doubtful Q will ever make $ playing QB anywhere.

Can the Bucs EVER find a good kicker.  I was "happy" when the Bucs went Gay.  But that doesnt seem to be their cup of tea either.  I dont know what their preference is anymore.  But they should be able to figure it out by now!

Flowers is fast enough and shifty enough to get on the field somewhere.  Can they spot him as RB or WR or kick returner?

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
