Earlier booked an Air BNB just north of campus when I realized there were no hotel rooms under $350 per night available near campus.  A good portion of those 100,000 people must book hotels for all home games as soon as the hotel reservation dates open.

****!! Good to know. Looks like I may have to adventure into the Air BNB method. Either that or don’t sleep at all for that weekend lol. Does anyone know if it is 24/7 like Vegas  or New Orleans? Thanks

Booked a Hilton Garden Inn for $95 a night plus tax. 20min drive to the stadium but I just can’t pay that much more to be close.

Hoping USF will put together a travel package for Austin.

Those are always expensive.  And they usually don't charter flights any longer.  Just hotel with transportation to the game.

Yeah I hear you. However if I can’t find something close by I may just have to bite the bullet and book it. Not sure if USF will ever be back in Austin and I been hearing great things about the experience. So could be a once in a lifetime opportunity unless by some miracle USF gets invited to Big 12 with Texas still in it lol. Wishful thinking

We're fortunate that we know someone there and may stay with him. But will book a room just in case.

did you purposely NOT include what this was about?

Unless I am mistaken, this is about next years game against Texas in Austin on Sept 5th.
