I've got Adelphia, which is one of the ESPN360 cable providers, but I have no idea how I'd go about recording the game. Can anyone give me some pointers?

I've tried to do this but ESPN usually uses a flash window that is basically unrecordable.  I think Velcro may know how to do this, as he did record the highlights from the UL game on ESPN.com.  Not sure if that was the same though.

I hope we never do gold as a primary color on our uni's.

Didn't even need to see this pic, the ucf game was enough for me to realize that.
