I think CCS needs to GTFO of the offense, be a man of his word, and let CKB run it the way he sees fit.

I know nothing but rumors...

I have nothing but an opinion which really isnt Sh*@ but I dont think CCS is all involved with the offense. KB took responsibility for it after Wisky.

The same team lost 6 games in row to end last season.

I think Barnett makes sub-optimal decisions and leaves the pocket too early. He did the same things last year, except he handed the ball off a lot more. Maybe we saw so many runs called because Barnett was slow?

I like reading what opposing fans think...this from a GT board. I might disagree about the Bell hire..till I see more..but so far quite ugly.

"Funny thing is that USF has all the hallmarks of a poorly coached team. Foolish and untimely penalties, unable to finish drives, and doing stupid stuff like trying to hold the ball out on the goal line on first down. Maybe he was in and maybe he wasn't he did look like he got the ball over the plane from my vantage point but WHY take that chance on first down? Dumb, and it probably cost them the game. USF looks like a team in disarray and the hiring of Kerwin Bell smacks of a desperation move by Coach Strong."

Check out any of the GT gameday threads on their SBNATION site.  They have a hilarious self image for such a mediocre team that that is 2nd tier status in their own city.  They remind me a lot of us, so I say that lovingly and support them when I can.

I don’t think knows what “quality transfers” look like

Funny, I remember several people excited for K.J. Sails to get eligible, you know, the transfer from NC. I also remember it being rather similar when Cronkrite started last year.

It was flat out terrible football on both sides and we managed to be better at self-destructing. A game where you can truly say nobody deserved to win.
