I thought Charlie was a strict disciplinarian?  His team and his "strength" commits a lot of penalties on defense giving GT yards and 1st downs leading to scores. If he is so strict, why are the Bulls so undisciplined on the field?

Have you ever been so afraid to make a mistake that it causes everything to be a mistake because you’re constantly thinking about not messing up?

I have witnessed terrible football and no discipline under CCS tenure at USF.

Only off the field. On the field he runs the most undisciplined teams in the country.

Can anyone add an insight onto why all of his teams he coached are always committing penalties? Does he practice the players too hard or not enough?

USF has been making terrible penalties and the worst time since CJL days. It’s what we do...
