Mike was remarkably close.  After the dumbass that owned JimLeavittMustGo.com got his 15 minutes of fame with this:

Then I guess he left it online to run until the domain expired, until approximately sometime in 2015/16.  I got tired of seeing that picture (although it is funny) showing up on Leavitt searches, so I got the domain, re-did the website, and let it run for a couple years.  One simple screen, nothing fancy, but return visitors saw this at JimLeavittMustGo.com:
